| The TI Foundation allows TI employees and retirees to double their philanthropy to K-12 and higher education institutions, as well as arts and cultural organizations.

The TI Foundation may change, revoke, suspend or terminate this matching gift program at any time. The interpretation, application and administration shall be determined by the Foundation. Forms not fully or properly completed will be returned to the donor. Institutions and organizations are required to furnish canceled checks, receipts or other proof of contribution on all gifts more than $250. | | | |
