Content Introduction - Main Page Giving Programs is the web site that allow you to do the online registration. Figure 1 depicts the main page of the Giving Programs site. There are two navigation bars available on this page - Top navigation and Bottom Navigation. These two navigation bars are available in all pages of the web site. These navigation bars are provided to let user select the available options of this web site conveniently. Besides using these navigation bars, you can also select the available options through our Main Menu page. You will be able to see the Main Menu page only after you log in to the secure area. You can go to main menu page only after you have successfully logged in to the secure area of the web site. On the Main Menu page, you will see several options such as Register a Gift, Guidelines, User Profile, Giving History, Help, FAQ, News, Contact Us and Log out. Some of these options can also be found in the Navigation Bar. To access Main Menu, click on Log In button on the Navigation Bar. In order for you to access most of the options of this web site, you are required to log in to enter to the secure area. To log in, you click on the Log In button at either of the Navigation Bar. On the Log In screen, you need to provide your User Name and Password, and after that click the Login button to log in. Figure 3 depicts the Log In screen. Once you have successfully logged in, the Log In button on the navigation bar will change to Log Out which means you have entered the secure area. Figure 3: Creating a User Name and Password Before you can create a user name and password, you must first provide identity verification information such as name, social security number, etc. Once you provide with a correct verification information then you will select a user name and password combination. To create a user name and password, click on "First Time on This Site? Need a User ID & Password? Click here..." button as shown in Figure 3. To view the program or programs currently available to Monsanto employees on this site, click on the Register a Gift option on the Navigation Bar. The program(s) will be displayed as shown on figure 4. Click on the Register button to go to the registration process. Click on the Guidelines to view the guidelines for the program(s). Figure 4: This option only available to authorized users. This option provides you with some reporting facilities. To access this option click on the Log In button on the Navigation Bar. After you have logged in, select the first option - Administration. This option allows you to change you personal settings such as email and password. This option also shows your profile summary. To access this option click on the Log In button on the Navigation Bar. After you have logged in, select the User Profile option as shown on Figure 2. You are able to see and review your giving history by using this option. To access this option click on the Log In button on the Navigation Bar. After you have logged in, select the Giving History option as shown on Figure 2. This option provides you with some information on how to use the web site. To access this option, you can click on the Help option on the Navigation Bar. This option provides you with frequently asked questions about the Giving Programs. To access this option, you can click on the FAQ option on the Navigation Bar. This option gives you updated news about the Giving Programs. To access this option, you can either click on the Log In button to go to the Main Menu or click on the News option on the Navigation Bar. This option provides you with a contact number as well as a email address. To access this option, you can click on the Contact option on the Navigation Bar.
