  1. Through Employee Tools: Select Matching Gift Program link in 'Additional Information' box. From home - https://mmfgonlineep6.massmutual.com/irj/portal/
Field Representatives - FieldNet:
  1. Through Search – 'Matching Gift' click on the Matching Gift Program link within the document. or
  2. Go to 'New Sales' tab, 'Marketing', 'Community Responsibility' and click on the link within the Matching Gift area.
