| The Educational Gift Matching Program is part of Alcoa Foundation's continuing support for the men, women and institutions which will provide tomorrow's leadership. The program's objective is to encourage Alcoa employees and retirees to make contributions to higher education institutions. Alcoa Foundation will match gifts to an eligible school at a ratio of 1:1.
