TEGNA Match is a matching gift program that matches employees' donations of $50 or more made to eligible charitable organizations, up to a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year. 

Matching Gifts to the TEGNA Employee Disaster Relief Fund:  To request a match for a donation you made to the TEGNA Employee Disaster Relief Fund search for and select Emergency Assistance Foundation (tax ID: 45-1813056). This is the nonprofit organization that administers TEGNA’s Fund. When entering your match request, please indicate in the notes field that your donation was for the TEGNA Fund.

VolunteerMatch  is a program that matches volunteer hours with a grant to the charitable organization.  Employees who volunteer at least 10 hours a year at an eligible non-profit may request a $100 grant to "match" their effort.  Each employee may submit 2 requests for the calendar year.

Please review the program guidelines, particularly as it pertains to religious organizations. When you register your request, we encourage you to designate it to a particular program and use the comments box to give us more information. This will help us evaluate your request.
